Our experts at Pro Insurance Resources share the desire to provide excellent service to Medicare clients when they need it most. We desire to help agents set goals, develop skills, and exceed their own expectations.

Meet Brian

Brian Leichner entered the insurance industry in 1986 selling Life and Health Insurance for a major mutual life insurance company. Brian excelled and placed more than 100 life policies per year. By 2001, he was deeply involved in benefit plans for small to medium sized companies. He loved helping clients grow and several of his clients earned recognition for their growth at that time. Brian himself also received national recognition in sales, sales management, training and education. Meanwhile the company he helped launch was acquired and Brian became the sole owner of Pro Source Insurance.

Pro Source Insurance grew under Brian’s leadership, but as legislation changed, so did the way he was able to work with his clients, and he enjoyed it much less.

Brian decided to join Amy, offering his sales expertise to Pro Insurance Resources. Their combined skills, talents and fun-loving personalities have helped Pro Insurance Resources develop a strong team of agents who are making an important impact on the distribution of Medicare.

Meet Amy

Amy Begley started her career in 2005 as a captive agent selling High Deductible Health Plans (HSA), Medicare Advantage and Part D Plans. She went on to work as an Account Executive for BlueCross BlueShield of Nebraska, working with agents across the state who marketed Individual Health Plans. In 2012 she moved to Medico, where she marketed Medico’s Senior Portfolio to FMOs across the country.

This is where Amy realized her passion for developing dedicated, ethical and compassionate agents, but she longed to do this in a way that created more harmony between her work life and home life.

So, in 2015, she started Pro Insurance Resources and never looked back.

Michele Schultz

Meet Michele

Michele started her career in 1992 working for a State Farm agent in Western Nebraska. She worked with Property and Casualty and had a passion for selling the State Farm Bank products. After moving to Omaha in 2005, Michele remained active in the insurance industry.

Michele joined Brian Leichner/Pro Source Insurance in 2010 overseeing the group health and life business. She enjoys assisting the clients and helping them with their insurance needs.

She has been with Pro Insurance Resources since the company started in 2015. Michele strives to provide exceptional customer service and ensures that agents are aligned with everything they need to launch their business.

Nearly 20 years of recruiting experience, Eileen has built a strong reputation for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
