Pro Insurance Resources, Inc. was founded in 2015 by Amy Begley and Brian Leichner. Our diversified experiences in the insurance industry provided us with unique insights on the opportunities needed to develop an agent focused distribution channel. Our agents are independent, fully vested, and paid directly from the insurance carriers. Armed with state of the art technology and personalized efficient and effective training, our agents are better equipped to provide their clients comprehensive education and guided protection.
about amy & brian
Amy Begley obtained her Health and Life License in 2005. She started her career as a captive agent selling High Deductible Health Plans (HSA), Medicare Advantage and Part D Plans. She went on to work as an Account Executive for BlueCross BlueShield of Nebraska, working with agents across the state who marketed Individual Health Plans. In 2012 she went to work for Medico where she marketed Medico’s Senior Portfolio to FMOs across the country. This experience opened her eyes to the opportunity to create an agency where dedicated, ethical and compassionate agents could grow their Medicare business through education and consulting. She started Pro Insurance Resources in June of 2015 and works diligently to offer resources, education and training to agents in her organization.
Brian Leichner entered the insurance industry in 1986 after getting a BA in Psychology. Selling Life and Health Insurance for a major mutual life insurance company, he excelled and placed more than 100 life policies per year. By 2001 he was deeply involved in benefit plans for small to medium sized companies. Greatly enjoying helping clients grow, several of his clients became among the fastest growing companies in America. He received national recognition in sales, sales management, training and education. Meanwhile the company he helped launch was acquired and Brian became the sole owner of Pro Source Insurance. Pro Source Insurance grew and was recognized as a Professional Source for Insurance. Legislation changed and the way he enjoyed helping clients changed dramatically. Seeing the need for more well trained agents in the Senior Market, he joined Pro Insurance Resources to expand their presence. We now positively touch, both agents and consumers improving their life.
